Leave with new perspectives you can put to work.
Five expert voices sharing practical insights and real-world experiences shaping the future of AI infrastructure, security and innovation.
Christine Boles spent 33 years at Intel, rising from product and application engineer to Vice President and General Manager of Federal and Industrial Solutions in the Edge Computing Group, where she led a major division delivering edge, AI, and infrastructure solutions. Her work spans business unit leadership, product and program management, and ecosystem development, across markets including industrial manufacturing, utilities, retail, and networking. Today she advises tech executives on turning strategy into action through her firm, MC Consulting Services, and serves as Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Technology Council.
Tom serves as a Generative AI leader within EY, with a wealth of experience that covers various C-Suite positions such as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Data Officer, and Chief Innovation Officer. His multifaceted background uniquely qualifies him to provide insights that connect the dots in the realms of digital and data transformation, AI, and innovation. Today Tom is helping Fortune 10 companies define their AI strategy and how to scale generative AI.
Cal Al-Dhubaib is a data scientist and entrepreneur who founded and scaled Pandata, an AI design and development firm focused on responsible AI for heavily regulated industries like healthcare, energy, and financial services, until its acquisition by Further in 2024. That experience led him to develop Trust Engineering for AI, a framework that shifts the focus from controls alone to rebalancing human-AI interaction to reduce risk. His insights carry weight because they come from the unglamorous middle ground of AI work, not the model itself, but everything around it: orchestration, observability, and the human judgment that decides whether an AI system can actually be trusted in production.
Joseph Bisaccia builds secure, governed AI systems that teams actually adopt. As Lead AI Engineer at Behavior Frontiers, he's standing up the AI function for a national behavioral health organization, where every deployment has to hold up under HIPAA and prove its value with real data. His work spans production LLM systems, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and LLM evaluation. His background in education means he knows how to turn complex technical systems into tools people understand and trust.
Zane Niyazbekov is an Infrastructure Supply Development Manager at AWS, working on data center capacity planning and business development for AWS's global infrastructure.

Fireside chat Land, Power, Water: How Hyperscale Data Centers Actually Get BuiltBuilding a hyperscale data center is a logistics problem first. Substations, transmission lines, water rights, steel lead times, and permitting can make or break a multi-billion-dollar build. This fireside chat digs into what it actually takes to get one online, and how hyperscalers are moving faster than ever to keep up with GPU demand.
